Uniting online and offline campaigns

Challenge

We were challenged to create a highly personalised email marketing campaign by Dixons Carphone, that would carry on in-store conversations online to help customers find the right deal and help increase sales.

Solution

When a customer visited a store data on their visit and products they were interested in was collected and fed back in real-time. We used this data to populate a dynamic email template automatically. This approach provided customers with a highly personal and well timed email, re-engaging them with the products they were considering buying in-store.

Result

The campaign was highly successful, increasing customer engagement on similar product emails by 20% and increasing click rates by 37.8%.
