A global live show production organisation relied on a complex system of spreadsheets that would merge unstructured data sources to manually pull together various statistics and insights.

We were asked to develop a solution to significantly reduce time spent generating reports and to centralise data sources to create a single customer view.


We split the project into two parts:

  • Data consolidation and single customer view
  • Business intelligence (BI) and data visualisation

The dashboard design was developed to the client’s visual requirements so they could make smarter, faster business decisions based on real-time data-driven insights.
