Project Lead Customer Success
Location: Telephone House, 69-77 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NW
The role is crucial to the future success of both Profusion and our clients. You will be responsible for making sure every one of our clients has the best possible experience of working with Profusion, managing both client relationships and product-led projects, ranging in size all the way up to large implementation. As well as driving customer success for our products, and ensuring all projects are delivered in a timely and profitable way.
