If you have any issues with emails you have received or data that is held about you then please forward a copy of any email you have received to privacy@profusion.com and we will pass on your request to the relevant data owner for them to deal with. "Profusion" will not pass on to any third parties any information collected on this site, unless required to do so by law.

Due to the inherent risks of the Internet, however, we cannot guarantee the protection of your personal information and we cannot be responsible for any harm that may be suffered due to a breach of security.
Cookies: what are they and why are they used?
A cookie is a small piece of data that is stored on your computer which provides us with a unique reference for your machine. Whenever you click on a link that we are tracking, open an email we deliver or visit a site we are hosting then a cookie is stored on your machine. The cookie contains no personal information whatsoever and simply provides us with information on the user activity relating to a particular client marketing campaign. This allows our clients to make more informed choices when sending marketing information in the future which should provide you with more relevant and targeted marketing.
How can I stop cookies?
If you are concerned about cookies and would prefer not to receive them you can disable them in your email client or browser setting.
